Fraylon Hosting guarantees 99.9% uptime for all Web, Cloud, WordPress, and VPS hosting servers in any given calendar month.
2. Service Credit Compensation
If server availability falls below 99.9% due to unannounced host node failure, affected customers are eligible for hosting credit added directly to their account balance upon request.
